Analysis of the applicant's business plan. It is mandatory to have a detailed forecast of operations and their description (marketing, distribution strategies and anticipated growth of the company). The business plan should be drawn up for 3 years.

Detailed analysis of the founding documents. Business processes related to remote gaming, rules, terms, conditions and their order, as well as the architecture of applications, game systems and management systems are checked. At this stage, the authorized capital is contributed, the amount of which depends on the class of license.

The applicant is notified of a successful application and a system audit is conducted. If a discrepancy is found, the applicant is given 60 days to correct the deficiency.
