General information

The current legislative system is based on the IBC Act 2016 (approved August 6, 2021). Legal entities registered under the International Business Companies Act are exempt from any tax in Seychelles in the absence of domestic activities. Under this Act, all offshore companies (IBCs) registered in Seychelles are authorized to engage in any business activity worldwide.

The Republic of Seychelles is an independent island nation in the western Indian Ocean. Seychelles consists of more than 100 islands, the largest island is Mahe, where the capital city of Victoria is located. Differences between a bank account and a payment system

Verification of a company director by a bank or payment system. When opening an account with a bank, verification can be carried out both remotely and in person

Submission of documents requested additionally and waiting for the final verdict after preliminary approval. The bank or payment system reserves the right to refuse to open an account without giving reasons at any stage
